Fire Update

Dear Investors and Friends of Crimson Wine Group,

Fires of historic proportions in Napa and Sonoma Counties have caused devastation in the region.  We are grateful for the outpouring of support expressed by many of you during this tragic event.

We are relieved to share that all of our staff and families are safe. However, some have lost their homes and our thoughts and prayers go out to them and everyone impacted.   The response from our community has been impressive, and the outpouring of assistance from sources across the country has been incredible.

We are also relieved to report that Pine Ridge Vineyards in the Stags Leap District of the Napa Valley, and all of the estate vineyards were untouched by the fire.  We started harvesting fruit again over the weekend of October 14th and re-opened the tasting room for hospitality on Monday, October 16th.  For information on a visit or previously scheduled event, please contact Jeff Butler at Jeff.Butler@pineridgewine.com.

Seghesio Family Vineyards winemaking was fully operational throughout the fires and the winery and vineyards were not affected.  The tasting room was open for hospitality most of the week and over the weekend of October 14th.  For information on a visit or previously scheduled event, please contact Stephanie Smith at StephanieS@seghesio.com.

If you are a Crimson Wine Group investor and have questions, please feel free to contact our investor relations representative, Evan Pondel, at investor@crimsonwinegroup.com or 310.279.5980.

We are grateful to the selfless first responders who have worked tirelessly to keep us safe.
