Annual Meeting

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be conducted in a virtual format on Thursday, July 23^rd at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Meeting materials were mailed on or about June 9th.

To attend the virtual Annual Meeting, you will need to log in to https://edge.media-server.com/mmc/p/sutywhuw using the password of crimson2026 (which is case-sensitive) and the 11-digit voter control number included on your notice of Internet availability of proxy materials, on your proxy card or on the instructions that accompanied your proxy materials.

If you hold your shares in a brokerage account and did not receive proxy materials directly, and/or received a 16-digit voter control number, contact your Broker to request a legal proxy in advance of the meeting for access to the meeting platform.

The Annual Meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Time. The virtual meeting room will open at 9:00 a.m., Pacific Time for registration and check-in. We encourage you to access the meeting prior to the start time and allow ample time for check-in procedures.
